Weekend Reports
Oh well ... if only Sunday had been Saturday in terms of weather! Kevin and Rachel both came in Friday night and we all spent some time at Dave’s Dad. Our picnic for Saturday was moved from Conner Prairie to our dining room. Rachel’s friend, Erin Murphy, came over and made the evening more lively. Dave’s dad joined us in a game of Hearts - the only reason we played that instead of euchre.
Rachel ended up taking a garden tour - while at Susan’s to pick up the OT games - she said she can’t wait to go to work on Monday to try them all out! Then over to Kate’s to take the grass that had fallen out of their trunk when they left Susan’s.
Kevin took Rachel to Climb Time - please don’t let her get hooked! I had to admire the way Kevin moved - it was very graceful, like ballet.
My Dad was discharged on Sunday.

Therapy HA. A candy bar in the shape of pie. yummy.Thank you Maureen and Ella. I am sure glad Bill was here when Ella stopped by. Try agin Carol for the tour.
Kate’s Mom took care of JoeJoe while we went to Cincinatti for the day. She said the dog is so calm he could be a therapy dog.
We took Jack with and he was a perfect Angel in the car. We crated him while we went to Ikea and then Bill stayed there while we went to Jungle Jim’s(actually in Fairfield Ohio). We got back after midnight and didn’t pick up Joe until the morning. No big spending and we all had a good time. I still am waiting to hear about the price of the computer.

That sounds like one Dave and I both would enjoy - but it is 6:30, he just got home and I just finished cutting the grass - I need a shower and we need to eat so ... we’ll see what is going on at 7:20.

I would have gone to Poetry Club but it was Honey’s last class and I just got back from Munster. The classes have been good for Elliott Honey and Me. Is CC next Thursday? I’m off so I can go, for sure. I’m sorry I’ve missed so many but It’s really hard to go when I work until 9:00. I had a great visit with my family. Matt went for two days. Matt and I took Josh to a movie (Jen can’t even get Matt to a movie). He also gave Josh more time and attention than usual. Do you think he is practicing??

Monday got off to a good start with a delightful visit with the loquacious Miss Ella - she called herself talkative so I just gave her a new word. She was to deliver a piece of the Chocolate Therapy Pie I made the other day to Susan after her visit here so I hope you were home Susan!
