Weekend Plans

I am trying again to Publish so here goes ...If it rains I think we will finally wash the walls in Rachel’s old room and go pick out some paint!  If the sun shines I am sure we will find something outside to do.  Sunday there is an organized bike ride at Morse Lake that we would like to do… not that I am in shape for riding since I have only done 10 miles so far this summer.  It does sound as if the weather for next week will be nice.

Next entry: it didn't work

Previous entry: Well for pete's sake Maureen!!

OK, glad that issue is solved!  And the login - it is just a feature of ExpressionEngine.  I have to login every time to do a new entry, and if I want to leave a comment I have to login also(if I haven’t already done so when posting a new entry.  Added security to keep out the riff raff - let’s hope!

Our weekend, Steve has an all day Saturday computer related class to attend.  Delaney is running in the Geist Half Marathon tomorrow.  I will plan my day according to the weather most likely.  Got alot of planting, relocating and gardening done on Monday and Tuesday.

oops—I never have to log in.  and the first time i tried to logon, i got the msg “you are already logged on”.  i still use the same “favorites” link that I have always used.  it couldn’t be easier.  i just go back to my link and click on new chat link and start publishing.  maybe it has something to do with which browser we’re using.  i am using windows explorer 7.

I have to log in to the blank expression page to start a new post and then log out then go to the different link that Carol gave me to get to the chatter page where I can see what others have posted and I need to log in to post a comment to their posts.

Just asked Steve and he said that Kate must have cookies set to allow for staying logged in.  We don’t - I also have to log in each time I either post or comment (unless I have just completed a post).  He said just do your post, then open another window to the CC website and refresh it so that the new post then will appear. Maybe when you are here for CC on the 21st I can at least show you what I have to do etc.

just found out Maureen uses Firefox as a browser—ask Steve if that would make a difference.

He knows that Maureen uses Firefox - his answer about opening addition tabs was based on that - as far as the multiple login/logout/login he said that is a mystery to him without seeing exactly what steps she goes through but possibly doesn’t have to.
