Immobilizer is off - if anyone else wants to use it let me know! Halloween costume? I am not to use my arm at all for the next month. He gave me 3 stretching exercises to do every hour for 15 seconds. I am allowed to stroll but no other true exercise (one handed weights, sit ups etc). I have a prescription for PT and was able to get this afternoon - will need to go everyday to start with.

Yea Maureen - glad to hear you are at the next stage of recovery, unbelievable how much there is go through!

All is well here, other than I am not sure that even all of the walking we are doing is counterbalancing the food and mai tais. Our flight leaves Friday at 6 pm (11 Indy), connects again through Atlanta and we arrive in Indy around 11 am on Saturday.

I put it on my calendar, but will have to let you know as it gets closer…
I am having a difficult time this year…computer issues, electrical issues, security issues, etc! it would be nice to vent next Thursday.

As far as I knoow next Thursday is ok. I don’t work, it’s Riley Day. I can’t wait for this weekend and two days in a row off. Sat. I’m going to Shop for puppets(maybe) see Alice in Wonderland(maybe) and Go to a Horizon League basketball DH ( Butler will play the later game but Elliott wants to go see both)

Hooray Maureen. Now you have an ugly pillow. Maybe you could recover it or are you going to save it for a future surgery?
I am thinking of changing CC to next week since only Barb and Raquel haven’t cancelled. that may still be a bad date for Kate but maybe the Carols could join us. I would call R and B. What say you in cyber land?
