Poetry Plus for June
You are all invited to attend Poetry Plus this Wednesday June 9 at 10 am in the library at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. CarolFay’s friend (from Columbus, Ohio) Mary Ann Grove is with us again, and will be presenting a program “More of God’s Wonders”. Some of you were at her first program a year ago in April when she brought her Saints collection.

PS to CarolFay: We had to change from Tuesday night because only 2 of us could make it from our regular group!!! So Mary Ann suggested Wed. morning, and that way more of us can be there. She said they are staying at your house, so hopefully you can come to hear her.

Then she hasn’t told me about the change, yet. That’s fine. We are planning to grill out with her and Gary, when I get home from work. Now there is no rush.

Sorry I won’t be able to attend the presentation. Due for their vaccines I took my two and Kara’s dog to the clinic. No appointment to save money but a long wait. I was prepared with a good book though.
Maureen also spared you description of the piles of booze boxes and other assorted party debris in my kitchen. The most difficult thing of the party was helping to clean up afterwards. Poor Kara was exhausted. Bill had John go to Bement today so I don’t know what time they will return.

I had no idea it was Wed. morning but luckily I changed my schedule so I’m off Tuesday night and don’t go in to Pike until 1:00 Wed. What time will it be Wed. morning? MaryAnn made it sound like she had two. One Tuesday night and one Wednesday or I misunderstood her email.
