Fight At the Library
There were 3 young men(18-20) fighting as I was leaving Nora library this afternoon. Two adult males - the same racial background as the fighters were trying - unsuccessfully without getting to near them t-o encourage them to stop fighting. The 2 who were beating up the 1 did leave. I asked the librarian to bring paper towels and stopped the one guy from going into the library - trying to keep the blood trail to a minimum. The police came as I was leaving the parking lot. By the time I got to Habig’s 2 more police cars, a fire truck and an ambulance were also responding. The guy was in the process of walking away when the first policeman came. Head wounds tend to bleed and look more serious than they are but he did get knocked into the wall. Next time you are at the library look right in front of the door and you may be able to see the stains. And I thought this just happened at Pike!

I showed this to our security guard and she was mad at what you said about Pike. In the last two years we have never had fights or blood!! Our guards stop the fights before they get started!

My apologizes to Pike. I guess I was basing it on old information. I wonder how often there are incidents at Nora?

Wowee Were there other witnesses? Did the two guys know the third fellow? I might just start screaming to see all that blood.
I called 911 on Saturday. While I was in the back I saw a pickup parked in back of the church. I couldn’t see anyone but I kept hearing a man yelling and dropping mf%%%. the police were there in two minutes and the pickup left after the policeman got out and spoke to someone.
