CC tonight
Sue, you are so good with walking your dogs and going to the center. I was horrible last month with any exercise. I barely went once a week. I did go to the JCC yesterday and I’m going tonight, before CC at my house. Ladies I might smell like chlorine but I will shower after the pool and Hot tub. How many of you can come tonight? I already have sweets from Trader Joes. Lots to tell, especially if you aren’t on FB. Carol, did you read what I put on about my Father-in-law? News updates tonight.

I will be there, I have to drive the girls home from midweek church school and then I will pick up Maureen and be at your house. I did just yesterday catch up on FB stuff - I have been lax about that. Hope he is home and better now!
I am back at regular schedule for Curves, but I drive there!!

Thanks also for the praise for the dog walking but it was to save my sanity. A whiny nervous dog (Jack) wants to go out and drives me into anxiety if I don’t take him out. The exercise (aka swim) is about one of the few things I am doing. Otherwise I am not accoplishing much around the house. I saw a hoarder program the other day and the woman was justifying why she needed to save glass jars ( however she had boxes of them). Spring cleaning time must come soon.
The pictures from Haiti are heartbreaking. Most of the poor people didin’t have anything to start with and now they can’t find family members or if they do they are dead. It is similar to the New Orleans flood but on a larger scale.

Sunny days inspire me - I walked an indirect route to the JCC (6 miles) and then did lower body weights. Luckily, a neighbor was also there so it was easy to overcome the temptation to walk home! I did peek in the pool and see Susan.
