Yes, I am still going to Curves. Although I hurt my back on Saturday while dancing with Ella - I was twirling her around and I think I may have also lifted her! Feels better today, but am going to wait till Friday to go back to Curves.
I will start hanging onto bottles again.

A good rainy week - I have been trying out the JCC membership we bid on at the Second Helpings Auction. Dave and I did a spinning class last night - those of you who have ever done one, enough said. I will need to be careful with my shoulder with all this exercise though - it did ache last night and that is with taking the anti inflammatory meds. Carol - are you still going to Curves?
I noticed again in today’s paper the blurb for the turkey and wine tasting if anyone wants to go. Does anyone have empty wine bottles?
